Megan Dittmar, a licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer, has over two decades of experience helping active individuals restore their well-being and achieve peak performance. A lifelong sports enthusiast and two-time cancer survivor, Megan blends her professional expertise with personal resilience to provide empathetic, goal-oriented care. Her background includes working with athletes of all levels—from youth and collegiate players to former professionals and military personnel—offering evidence-based treatment that addresses strength, mobility, and injury prevention.
 
Megan’s career spans acute care, outpatient orthopedics, and military rehabilitation across diverse settings nationwide. Drawing from her journey through injury and illness, she is a passionate advocate for health empowerment and early detection. Since 2014, she has proudly served the Kure Beach, NC, community, delivering exceptional, patient-centered physical therapy tailored to individuals of all ages, free from the constraints of large healthcare systems.
